Yes! Services are for one-on-one dog walks, no pack walking. Exceptions can be made for dogs that are friends or neighbors!

Yes! It is me, Katelyn :) I currently provide all services. In the event that I am unable to provide the promised service I will make reasonable effort to find you a trusted alternative option and let you know in a reasonable amount of time.

I ask that all clients provide their own equipment for walks. A standard line (no retractable leashes), Harness and a collar with identifying information. I will provide all bags for walks.

For emergency purposes I ask for access to two sets of keys. Each situation is different, I will work with you to ensure that I have the necessary access to the home.

Yes! I have experience with many animals. Rabbits, birds, lizards, etc.

I am a team of one, but I try my best to be as accommodating as possible. Priority is given to clients who schedule 2 or more walks a week. Overnights and weekend availability will vary and is given on a first requested basis.

All walks will be scheduled during walk windows, if you have a specific time request please let me know. I will do my best to make it happen.
Walk windows are as follows: Mornings: 9am - 11am Midday: 11am - 2pm Afternoons: 2pm - 5pm
Cat/Small animal visits will happen in between a 9am to 5pm walk window.
If you need specific visit times let me know!

Hours that fall outside of the normal work hours of Monday- Friday 9am to 5pm are considered after hours.
Fees may apply.

Holiday fees apply for the following Holidays:
New Years Eve and Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day.
Holiday availability is not guaranteed. Please reach out with your needs as soon as possible.

I ask for a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Any walk/visit canceled within 24 hours will be charged at 50%.
Overnight sittings require a 5 day notice for cancellation. Any sitting canceled with less than 5 day notice will be charged at 50%.
Holiday overnights will be charged once booked and cannot be refunded if canceled. This is due to the fact that I am only able to do one holiday overnight at a time, and that other work will be turned away once booked.

I am fully insured in the event of an emergency. However, my goal is to do everything in my control to avoid the possibility of one happening.
On walks with your dog, my full attention is on them. No headphones or phone usage (except for pictures of course). No interaction with strangers or other dogs, no matter your dogs reactivity level. Better safe than sorry!
While you are away your home is my responsibility. I take this very seriously. I will be the only person with access to your home and I will treat it with the utmost respect.
